Earn 1 point for every Rs. 1,000 you spend, added when your order is delivered.
Step 3
Redeem
Use your points at checkout. Each point is worth Rs. 1, so 10 points = Rs. 10 off.
Example: an order of Rs. 10,000 in goods earns 10 points. 10 points = Rs. 10 off a future order.
Questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Points are only earned and redeemed by registered customers. Guest checkout does not earn points, so create a free account (or sign in) before you order.
When do I receive my points?
Once your order is marked Delivered. Your balance and history are under My Account → Loyalty Points.
What counts towards points?
The value of the goods you paid for — shipping and payment-gateway fees are not included. You earn 1 point for every Rs. 1,000; part-points are rounded down.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, tick "use my points" and choose how many to apply. Each point is worth Rs. 1. You can pay for part or all of an order with points, up to your balance and the value of the order.
Do points expire?
No. Points stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if I return an order?
If an order is returned, the points earned from it are taken back.
Can I use points with a Thyaga voucher?
No — points cannot be applied to orders paid with a Thyaga voucher.
