Buying guide: Plasters and Bandages in Sri Lanka
Bandages and plasters are everyday first aid and wound-care essentials. Hu Med stocks cotton and elastic crepe bandages, elastic adhesive bandages such as Surgiband, triangular bandages, and sterile plasters, in the sizes used in clinics and at home.
Crepe and elastic bandages are used to support and compress; the width and length (for example 7.5 cm × 4.5 m) are shown on each product. Apply them firmly but not tightly, and see a doctor for anything more than a minor injury.
